Life can feel overwhelming at times — full of uncertainty, stress, and moments that leave you feeling stuck or unsure of what comes next. I understand those feelings because I have experienced difficult seasons too, and I believe no one should have to face life’s challenges alone.

As a therapist, I believe there is no “one-size-fits-all” approach to healing. Every person brings a different story, set of experiences, and needs into therapy. My goal is to meet you where you are and create an approach that feels supportive, practical, and tailored to you.

I use a variety of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and solution-focused strategies to help clients better understand themselves, manage stress, improve confidence, and navigate difficult life transitions.

Whether you are working through anxiety, career concerns, low self-esteem, divorce or separation, or simply feeling overwhelmed by life, therapy can be a space to slow down, process what is weighing on you, and develop healthier ways of coping.

I strive to create an environment where you feel heard, understood, and supported without judgment. Together, we will work through challenges, strengthen coping skills, and build tools that help you feel more confident in navigating life’s ups and downs.
