Life can feel overwhelming at times. Daily responsibilities, grief, relationship stress, and unexpected life changes can leave you feeling exhausted, stuck, or unsure of how to move through difficult seasons. I understand how heavy life can feel because I have experienced seasons of grief, worry, and uncertainty myself.
My goal as a therapist is to provide a supportive, non-judgmental space where you feel comfortable being yourself and talking openly about what you are experiencing. I believe no one should have to carry life’s challenges alone, and therapy can be a place to process difficult emotions, better understand yourself, and begin creating meaningful change.
I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, grief, low self-esteem, stress, relationship concerns, and life transitions. I also enjoy supporting women navigating women’s issues, infertility, pregnancy concerns, and other deeply personal challenges that can feel difficult to talk about.
Together, we will explore the experiences, emotions, and patterns that may be impacting your daily life while building healthier coping skills, boundaries, and ways to manage stress. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, supported, and confident in navigating life’s challenges.
I believe authenticity and trust are essential parts of the counseling relationship. I strive to bring compassion, honesty, and encouragement into sessions while recognizing that every person’s story and needs are unique.
