Sometimes life becomes overwhelming, and you find yourself trying to hold everything together while quietly struggling on the inside. Maybe you're dealing with anxiety, relationship difficulties, family stress, or a major life change. Or maybe you've spent so much time taking care of everyone else that you've lost sight of what you need.
I believe some of the most meaningful healing begins when you finally have a place where you don't have to pretend everything is okay. Therapy should be a space where you can be honest about what you're experiencing without worrying about being judged, having the right words, or knowing exactly what comes next.
My approach is warm, genuine, and collaborative. I want therapy to feel like a real conversation where you feel heard, understood, and comfortable being yourself. I'll meet you where you are, help you recognize your strengths, and gently challenge patterns that may be keeping you stuck. Together, we'll work toward creating meaningful changes that feel right for you.
Outside of the therapy room, I'm a mom, a softball coach, and someone who knows that real life rarely goes according to plan. I value authenticity, compassion, humor, and connection, and I bring those same qualities into my work with clients.
You don't have to have everything figured out before reaching out. Sometimes, the first step is simply having someone who will listen and help you make sense of what you're going through.
My Approach to Therapy
I believe counseling works best when you feel safe, supported, and actively involved in the process. My approach is centered on building a trusting relationship where we can have honest conversations, explore challenges, and work toward goals that are meaningful to you.
Together, we'll look at the thoughts, emotions, experiences, and relationship patterns that may be contributing to your struggles. We'll explore what's working, what isn't, and what changes might help you feel more confident, connected, and in control of your life.
Whether we're working through difficult emotions, strengthening communication, establishing healthier boundaries, or navigating a major transition, my goal is to help you develop a better understanding of yourself and the tools to move forward.
Areas of Focus
I enjoy working with individuals navigating:
Anxiety, stress, and emotional overwhelm
Relationship and family challenges
Life transitions and difficult decisions
Self-esteem, confidence, and self-worth
Setting boundaries and expressing personal needs
Communication difficulties
People-pleasing and the pressure to meet everyone's expectations
Feeling emotionally exhausted, stuck, or disconnected from yourself
I especially enjoy supporting people who have spent so much time showing up for others that they've forgotten what it feels like to show up for themselves. Whether you're struggling with relationships, questioning your next steps, or simply feeling overwhelmed by life's responsibilities, therapy can help you slow down, understand what you need, and begin making changes.
You deserve the same compassion, understanding, and care that you so often give to others.
