Hi, I’m Carleigh! I’m a life coach with a background in Psychology, and I work with preteens, teens, college students, and adults who want support navigating everyday stress, life transitions, confidence challenges, and personal growth.

I understand how easy it is to feel overwhelmed — like you are juggling school, work, relationships, responsibilities, and expectations while still feeling stuck, unmotivated, or unsure of your next step. You do not have to have everything figured out to start getting support.

My approach is warm, honest, and supportive while also encouraging accountability and realistic change. I focus on helping clients slow things down, better understand what is getting in the way, and create practical steps that actually fit their life.

Together, we can work on building confidence, improving communication, strengthening boundaries, creating healthier routines, navigating life transitions, and working toward realistic goals that feel meaningful to you.

I strive to create a space where clients feel comfortable being themselves, talking openly, and feeling supported without judgment.

Life coaching is a non-clinical service focused on personal growth, accountability, motivation, and future-oriented goals. Life coaching does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. Evening availability is available to help accommodate busy schedules.
