Grief & Loss | Anxiety | Depression | Life Transitions | Stress

Having experienced difficult seasons in life without much support, I understand how isolating and overwhelming life can feel. Those experiences inspired me to pursue counseling and help others feel less alone in their struggles. My goal is to create a supportive, non-judgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and encouraged as we work toward the goals that matter most to you.

Life can bring challenges that feel difficult to navigate alone. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, past hurts, stress, and emotional overwhelm. Whether you are processing loss, feeling stuck, or struggling to manage everyday stressors, therapy can be a space to slow down, better understand yourself, and begin creating meaningful change.

Together, we will explore emotions, patterns, and experiences that may be impacting your daily life while developing healthier coping skills, emotional regulation, and boundaries that support long-term growth.

I bring authenticity and openness into sessions and believe counseling works best when conversations are honest and collaborative. Because every person’s story is different, I take an eclectic approach to therapy that is tailored to your unique needs. I also offer Christian-based counseling for those who would like to incorporate faith into the counseling process.
