Boundaries | Communication | High Stress | Anxiety | Relationship Challenges

I’m no stranger to life’s pain and struggles like many of you reading this today. I understand what it is like to feel misunderstood, unheard, scared, and sometimes paralyzed by stress and fear. I can relate to life stressors as a mom, friend, sister, and all the other hats I wear in life like many of you.

My ultimate goal as a therapist is to help you understand why you feel the way you feel and cultivate an active plan toward healing. I am a very open and authentic person and bring those traits with me into the therapy room.

Therapy is not always sad and gloomy. Sometimes we laugh and make jokes because it is important to understand that not all of life is hopeless. My clients often experience changes over time not only in anxiety, depression, and stress, but also in their relationships, career, confidence, and how they feel about themselves.

I believe each person knows themselves better than anyone else, and together we will work to better understand your mind, body, emotions, and patterns so you can reconnect with an authentic version of yourself.

I help people who struggle with day-to-day life, relationships, past hurts, and current stressors. I help clients learn to stay present in their lives, organize the chaos that life sometimes brings, and recognize that it is okay to care for yourself and enjoy life.

Together, we will look at thinking patterns and how those patterns may be impacting daily life, relationships, stress levels, and emotional well-being. I help clients strengthen boundaries, advocate for themselves, and learn practical tools that make life feel more manageable.

One of my approaches is to keep things very real with you. Nothing is off the table. Whatever you bring into session is where we begin — without judgment, shame, or pressure. We work together to better understand the hard things, process difficult experiences, and create meaningful, lasting change.

Whether you are struggling with anxiety, stress, relationship concerns, communication challenges, boundaries, or past hurts, therapy can be a place to better understand yourself and begin living — not just surviving.
